Membership Benefits
The ultimate goal of the Gaston Business Alliance is to promote the success of businesses conducting business in Gaston County by:
- Holding networking functions;
- Providing a medium through which each member's goods/services are to be rated, such ratings acting as a guide for the public when selecting goods/services;
- Providing feedback to each member for business improvement purposes;
It is expected that the efforts of Gaston Business Alliance will promote competition between businesses operating in Gaston County, such competition ultimately benefiting the public.
Additionally, it is expected that the feedback mechanism(s) used to provide customer feedback will help each member improve their business operations.
Gaston Business Alliance is unique when compared to other organizations in that it is a non-profit entity; all monies remaining in the GBA's bank account at the end of each fiscal year are to be distributed to benefit the community as determined by the board.
